I had so much fun with this challenge, I love all things girlie and the very first collection that came to mind for this challenge was a stamp from the Fairytale Collection 2010. I'm so looking forward to getting my hands on the newest Princes & Princesses Collection, OMG they are beautiful!!!!!!

Now for my girlie theme, I tulled up a craftwood Manequin, adding lots and lots of bling, some ribbon and flower (I will use this in my craftroom as a pin cushion). For my Princess Crown and Party/Candy Bag I used my Cricut. I hope you like my projects this week as much as I loved making them.

Mini Magnolia

How sweet is the little flying fairy, she stopped by for a rest in the tulips.

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have had a great week, we've had days & days of heavy rain, but today it's lovely and sunny, so this is a quick post, so I can go & enjoy some sunshine.

I made this adorable Watering Can with a couple of my Mini Magnolias. I spotted this tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers a while back and have been meaning to give it a go. I noticed Hanna my Magnolia Teamie made one and oh my goodness how amazing is Hanna's (& she is only 15 yrs old) of course mine is not as beautiful, but I had fun making it all the same.

Time for another TPS Monthly Challenge

It's time for another Tickled Pink Monthly Challenge # 4
This month Kellie has given us another fab sketch to follow.

I love sketches it makes it so much easier, not too much thinking needed. I sort of  stuck to the sketch, oh ok not quite, but rules are meant to be broken.

Another plain card for me without any flowers, I didn't think it needed any with this sweet Tilda, she is so sweet and to tell the truth my mojo has gone walkabout again since I was sick, hoping it comes back soon.

I hope you will join the fun this month and remember you can use any stamp from the the stamp companies Kellie stocks in store.

Stamps: Magnolia - Spellcaster Tilda from the Fairytale Collection, Sentiment stamps - Hero Arts
Copics: Skin E00, 000, 11, R20, Background Airbrushed with Y21, all other colours Prismacolor pencils.

Fairydust Tilda using Doohickey Dies

Magnolia's new Doohickey Leaf (from the Leaf & Swirl)
Fairydust Tilda

Hello Stampers, I hope you are all having a wonderful start to the week. I have at last caught up on all my DT commitments and now have time to play with some of the Fairytale stamps and Magnolia's new Doohickey dies until now. The fabulously creative Pam from Expressions with Heart inspired me, she has been playing with the new dies, take a look at this  stunning creation, using all the Doohickey dies, thanks Pam, I hope you will stop by and have a look at her beautiful blog.

Magnolia's new Doohickey Tilda Lace and matching tag (Vintage Tag)

I coloured up Fairydust Tilda, I love her to bits, she looks to me she could be blowing fairydust or even kisses, and in this case I have her blowing both, I have added some tiny hearts. My Sister-law has been having a bit of a hard time of late and I thought this might be a nice card to send to cheer her up a little, hope she likes it. I dusted off my Prismacolor pencils, I haven't used them in years, as you can see I need lots more practice, but I am sure she will still love this. I have used the Doohickey leaves, sponging them with distress ink. Then on the inside I've used Tilda Lace (border) to make a pocket to hold Vintage Tag. I have written a little note on the back of the tag.

Magnolia Stamps: Fairydust Tilda - Fairytale Collection
Doohickey Dies - Vintage Tag, Tilda Lace, Leaf & Swirls

Sentiment stamps - Tim Holtz and Hero Arts, CC Designs

Colouring: Copic Markers Skin E11,00,000,R20, Prismacolor Pencils

I hope to have more for you throughout the week.

Ballerina Tilda

Happy Friday,

I know what you are all thinking, where are all your Magnolia creations, well at long last I have made a card with this beautiful Magnolia from the Fairytale Collection, Ballerina Tilda, she is a new favourite, but I must admit I loooooooooooove the whole range of stamps from this collection.

Here is a close up of this beautiful Ballerina

Its such a shame you can't see the sparkle IRL, I tried to get the right angle, but no sun here today. I cut Tilda out a couple of times for some dimension. A smothered the edges of the cardstock in stickles and sprayed the flowers with glimmer mist.

Magnolia Stamps - Ballerina Tilda from the Fairytale Collection & Sentiment Stamp
Magnolia Design Paper also from the Fairytale Collection
Lacy Doily - Tickled Pink Stamps

You will be seeing a lot more Magnolia cards here soon, the postman just delivered my Magnolia Sweden DT Kit, and wowser, the new Bridal Collection is just gorgeous, I can't wait to ink them up.

Arghh Pirates in B & W

Happy Sunday Stampers,

A new Challenge at Magnolia Down Under Challenge - Olden Days
We were asked to colour our images in black, white and greys, but still have the option of coloured paper and cardstock.

This was a bit of challenge for me this week, stepping out of my comfort zone, I guess that's what challenges are all about, I persevered, because I've seen some amazing cards using this technique and I hope to master it one day, practice practice practice. Maybe I will give it a go with the softer distress inks.

I got the idea of the Pirate Banner on the top of my card liner from fellow Magnolia DT Kim Piggott, Kim used a Magnolia Stamp (I need more accessory stamps) but had to compromise and cut this out with my Cricut, then hand cut the skull and crossbones from the Magnolia paper, it would have been easier to cut them directly from the paper on the cricut but they all faced different directions. Kim's card is so soft and breathtakingly beautiful.
Kellie from Tickled Pink Stamps sent me these adorable new Pirates to play with from Magnolia's soon to be released Fairytale Collection. I coloured them up with Copic markers - C00. C0, C1, C2, C4, C7 , C9. Tilda & Edwin were cut out and raised for dimension. I distressed the edges of my cardstock, inked them up and added some Star Dust stickles.

Magnolia Stamps Pirate Tilda, Pirate Edwin - The Fairytale Collection available soon.
Magnolia's So Spooky Halloween Papers - perfect for the new Pirate Collection.
Charms - Skull & Cross Bone, Red lace, Red Gardenia - all from Tickled Pink Stamps

Looking for inspiration, stop by & see what the other Design Team Members have created, they are all amazing! Thanks for joining this wonderful challenge, I can't wait to see what you come up with & hope you will join us next week.

Also look out for the new release of the FairyTale Collection with gorgeous papers, cute Pirates, Little Princesses, and MANY MORE….available soon, stop by Magnolia's Inspiration Blog for the latest news.

I've just have received my copy of the new Magnolia Ink Magazine, it is amazing, the Design Team out did themselves again, their creations are so inspiring and Magnolia have a sneak peak of some gorgeous new goodies. So if you have not ordered yours yet, than you better hurry.
